Bill after contract cancellation

Hello, I have cancelled my contract and returned the router. Today, I have received the bill.

Kindly, assist me to resolve the issue and will be happy to share information with the vodafone.

Did you already got a confirmation for that? If yes to which date is the cancellation confirmed?

Contract applied (Auftragsbestätigung): 22.10.2019

Contract cancelled (Zusage Kündigung): 28.10.2019

Contract cancellation confirmation (Storno): 29.10.2019

Router returned confirmation email (Ihr Gerät ist angekommen😞 31.10.2019

 

I haven't checkedd earlier, but today following information is highlighted, at my portal:

Vertrag abgelaufen

Du kannst Deine Kabel Deutschland-Produkte nicht mehr nutzen.

thanks for the pm.

 

The contract itself is cancelled, just the few days in October will be charged. You'll get a corrected bill for that.
