Hi,
Due to my lack of skills with German I can't actually call the call service.
Recently I've switched to a new contract having 1000Mbps, however, my connection is really bad now. I'm barely getting 100Mbps download and 1Mbps upload. That's far away from what I'm paying for.
Can I get any help? I already tried to restart the router and all the common tricks.

I like to look at the line. Send me your customer data (name, address, customer number, birthday) in a private message and then let me know here that you have transmitted the data.
