Anbieterwechsel (To activate my Kabel contract)

Hello, 

 I have the Vodafone-DSL contract (Costumer Number: ***) since last year and I wanted to change it to Vodafone Kabel. So, the person gave me new customer number for Vodafone Kabel (***) and also Vodafone sent me a new Router for Kabel internet connection. But, My DSL is still working and Vodafone Kabel internet connection does not work. I contacted Vodafone DSL to cancel my contract with them to start Kabel internet connection but he told me that he could not see my active Vodafone Kabel internet. Can you activate my Kabel Vodafone contract please? Then, DSL can cancel my contract with them.
