Hi,
I am trying to add my Cable contract to my Vodafone account.
However, I did not receive an activation code with the router. The only pieces of paper that I have received were a welcome letter (contract and customer number), and a return shipping label for the router.
I have tried requesting a new activation code through the portal, but have not received anything in my mailbox or e-mail.
Can someone from Vodafone please help me get my activation code so I can add the cable contract to my account?

Last week on Friday the code was sent to you again by post. It should be with you today or tomorrow.
I have now added your email address to your record. You will get a message soon to confirm your email address again. As soon as this is done, such things can be sent to you by e-mail in the future.

Have a look in the spam folder. Not that the mail was moved there.

Are you a customer of Vodafone Kabel Deutschland or Vodafone West (ex Unitymedia)?
The activation code is only available from Vodafone Kabel Deutschland, at Vodafone West you have to register with your customer data (customer number and date of birth) at the Unitymedia Online Customer Service.

the activation code is in the order confirmation (Note: If you have requested a new code, the old one will become invalid.). If you have requested a new one, it can only be sent to you by mail if you have verified an email address. If this is not the case, the code will go out by mail. This may take some time due to the current situation. When did you request the code?

Hi Grit,
Can you please assist me in getting an activation code via e-mail for my Vodafone Kabel contract?
The only items I received in the mail is a package containing:
1. Router
2. Folder with a welcome letter and router return shipping label. No e-mail or paper document with activation code has been received.
I requested a new activation code last week through the portal. However, I have not receive an e-mail with a new activation code even though I have a Verified Vodafone e-mail which I am using with my cellphone contract.
I recently moved to the address where the router was delivered, so I do not know what address the postal mail activation code was sent to. So far I have not received anything at the new address where the router was shipped.
