Activating unwanted services by service center

I joined Unitymedia form 15. April 2019. I was not requested for digital TV services, but your team activated for my account and charging me around 18 EURO per month. It's like cheating your customers. I'm not happy with your cheating, I wanted to leave Unitymedia within 1.5 months experience. Please help me to cancel my contract.
