€100 discount not utilized ?

Hi,

When i start the DSL (Internet) contract agent told me that i will be getting € 100 discount and i will be getting 5 months free and charge only after 6th month. I started my contract in 2020 Feb but my account is charged with mar - may. Can i know the reason and refund if it's a mistake.

Have you looked at the bills on this yet? All credit notes and charges are in there.

Is the 100,- Euro credit note also in your order confirmation?
