The 2.4GHz band of the modem has completely stopped working since yesterday. The 5GHz is working fine, but I have several devices that only connect with 2.4GHz. I have tried to unlpug the router, restart it, reset it, change dual band steering to separate bands, but nothing has worked. Within the modem setting page, I also scanned for 2.4GHz networks and it shows no networks, so it looks like a hardware failure for the 2.4GHz band.
Can Vodafone offer a solution or replace the modem?

can you please press and hold the reset button on the back of the router for at least 30 seconds?
