Router, No connection, @ sign blinking

Hello,
I have a proble with connecting to my cabelbox router. Even though I'm connected via my phone it says no internet, and @ sign is blinking. I've tried to restart router multiple times, but it didn't change anything.

is the fault still current or could the cable router log in again?
