Hi there! I have the exact same problem and it's been only 2 days since I received the router for my new "Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable" connection. Could my router also be replaced please?

Hi, my router intermittently loses connection (LAN & WLAN), flashes red, then reboots. This has been happening for a year now and I have still not been able to recieve help. Please help
