Problem with Vodafone station Arris TG3442DE

Hello,

 

My internet is down almost all the time for two days now. (This happened last weekend also but it was then working for a week). But right now, it is not working and I need to start my work from home. I have tried all the steps in the instructions to reset the connection, but it is still not working. I am not able to write a ticket from my Vodafone account because it says the connection is fine. If it is a problem with the Arris TG3442DE, what shall I do? Please help!
