Hello, Shadab,
the technicians must first lay cables in the house and only then can they activate your connection.
We did not bill you for 100 Euro for the cable contract.
Best regards Fred

Hello, Shadab,
this invoice number is not for cable Internet. Please check carefully what kind of invoice this is. This has nothing to do with our case here.
Best regards Fred

Could it be that you got any kind of mobile equipment, e.g. a GigaCube or a smartphone/tablet?
am 15.01.2020 08:46
Yes, I got Gigacube. But it was just 50Gb and i paid 50€ for it. Why are they charging now for it? I didnt sign any contract for it.

Hello, Shadab,
this still has nothing to do with the cable connection in this article. Please open a separate post about this.
Best regards Fred

This 100 € deduction will most likely be the invoice for the GigaCube, e.g. for the one time activation fee -and- the monthly base fees for the first month (behind) and the second one (in advance). The 50 € you paid in the store are most likely only the one-time device payment and do not contain any data.
From these values, it seems that you signed for a GigaCube in the Flex tariff which means that you only have to pay the monthly fees if you use it. If you don't use it, there won't be any monthly deduction - but only if it's really in that flex tariff.

Thanks @reneromann , i am sorry about my earlier comments.
What should I do now? I was told that 50euro for 50GB for a month, and 15euro returned when I give back the box. How to get the refund of the 100euros?

I'm not totally aware if the GigaCube that has been given to you is some kind of starter box until the Cable connection is operating - in that case, special prices may apply. But I cannot give you any details about that - maybe a Moderator can help you more - but as @ERFD said, you should open a second thread for this request then and maybe add a link to this thread as reference. Simple reason is that mobile contracts (like the GigaCube) are supported by other people than the cable contracts - and the cable guys don't have the option to review mobile contracts details and invoices - same for the mobile guys on the cable contracts...
The contract that I mentioned before is the "regular" GigaCube Flex contract, which has 50 GB of data, a one-time hardware fee of 49,90 € (usually paid in store, if you get the SIM card and the device there), a one-time activation fee of 49,99 € and 34,99 € per month of usage (Attention: An invoice month/billing period may NOT necessary start with the 1st of a month - it may also be 10th to 9th of the following month, which is mentioned on the invoice). Usually the first invoice will constitute of the one-time activation fee plus up to two times the monthly fee (so anything from 84,98 € to 119,97 €) depending on the activation date and the billing period. If the device is not used within a billing period, e.g. turned off completely, then you don't have to pay for the GigaCube Flex contract - therefor this is usually a good solution for people that only use it from time to time, e.g. in the summer time while camping or in a (remote) garden.
