Need MIC code for activating internet

Hello, my vodafone DSL is not working since 2 days. First, it flashed red light for Telefon and other two (internet and WLAN) still showed green. It showed the message "restricted internet use". I tried contacting customer care service and they told me that my details were wrong. I dont understand how can the details be wrong as i have been paying for it for almost 2 years now. For this month also, they deducted the recharge amount from my account. They are not accepting even the customer number. The last option i had was to hard reset the modem and i had the MIC too with me. On using that MIC it showed wrong MIC. I remember that i never changed the details. Now i need a new MIC in any case otherwise the device will be useless for me. On somehow trying for new MIC with "meinvodafone" and reaching almost there, it is showing "sorry, something went wrong."
Kindly help.

if the customernumber is not recognized by our hotline , this is most likely a sign that the contract has been cancelled.

Please send me a private message with your customerinfo & password.
