Hi
I received your company's kuendigungsbestaetigung NOV.2018
6 months ago while I was using your company's router(Hitron) suddenly it didn't work.
Because of the urgent use of the Internet, so I'm using my one.
Question 1) If I return your defekt original router and my router together, is there no compensation?
It broken itself, I think that I didn't broken it on purpose.
Question 2) If compensation happens, how much does repairs cost and how long does it take?

I'm not quite sure what your request is. So you cancelled your contract, right? And because the Hitron didn't work you bought an own device and use this instead? When the contract has ended, you only send back our device and keep your own. What do you mean with compensation?
