HP printer vodafone station

Good evening,

like many other clients i am here to talk about the (known) problem of the HP printer and the vodafone station.

the printer is NOT the problem, it lies on the firware of the vodafone station.

every single time that I turn on the printer, once the wifi connection is established between both devices, the router is crashing, reboots, and it's magically working again.

In time of home office for many of us, having such issues with a major brand on the printer market is NOT acceptable. Many are promised a magical firware update, but let`s be honest, we have more chances to ride a unicorn over a rainbow than to finally get this update right ?

what will it take to get a working network ? going on hunger strike attached to the doors of a vodafone shop ? an email to the Vorstand ?

I mean it's a printer, we are not asking for the technicians and engineer to build a rocket and send it to venus, I even offer to be the intermediate between HP and Vodafone to finally fix this issue ! For free !!

please solve it soon, before I transform the vodafone station into my new fancy bread toaster with LED.

Best regards

Benjamin

Sorry to tell, but the only chance is to hope and wait for a firmware update.

As I don't know whether Arris already knows where exactly the problem is (especially as it's not only related to HP printers but also to Realtek wireless chips), I doubt there will be a fast solution.

Only solutions right now:

a) Use a separate WiFi AccessPoint

-or-

b) Don't use the printers WiFi

-or-

c) Switch to a HomeBox
