Emails from no-reply@bioware.swtor.com blocked

I was contacting the support of EA because I cannot login to my Star Wars: The Old Republic account. They tried to send me a verification email (and yes I've checked every possible inbox including SPAM). None of the emails they tried to send me are getting through to my e-mail (it seems for some reason the email from EA is blacklisted?).

The support of EA told me I should contact my Internet provider (in this case of course Vodafone) to whitelist this email address = no-reply@bioware.swtor.com. However, please note the following:

1. I am not a fluent German speaker, so I cannot explain this over the phone via support in German

2. I am renting my current apartment, I only know the WiFi password and the network, but the "Vodafone customer number" and other credentials are unfamiliar to me (my landlord is in possession of them).

Does anyone have an idea how can I whitelist the email address so that it is not blocked? I would be deeply appreciative of any help in this topic, thank you.

Vodafone, as ISP, has nothing to do with your mails, especially if you are not using a Vodafone mail account but any kind of third party service (like gmail, outlook.com or such). In this case, Vodafone cannot unblock any mails as there is no mail traffic going through any of the Vodafone systems - this would only be the case if you'd use the Vodafone mail address. So if you are using a 3rd party mail provider, you have to ask that provider to help you - but I doubt they'll unblock any kind of address, especially if the setup of the originating email server is misconfigured.

Anyhow - as you are not contractual partner of Vodafone, Vodafone cannot help you at all. Vodafone will only help their contractual parters - as long as it is related to contractually agreed upon services. And I am not completely sure if your landlord is even allowed to sub-lease his line to other parties - as this is not allowed for customer lines, especially not in a commercial manner (e.g. he charges you).
