Docsis offline

Getting docsis offline error to my new connection which is active since 21st July.

The internet LED is still red and i am not able to connect via Wifi

Was there a technician to set up the line -or- did you only receive a package with the router for a self-installation?

If it is a self-installation, then you'll most probably need a technician to shop up and fix the problems.

according to the orders, a date for the installation has already been arranged. The colleagues will come by on 30.07.20, 12-16.
