Customer Service in english, new contract no internet service....????

Just contracted vodafone internet service, Instalation is done! but the WPS button is not working, does any one know what I´m doing wrong?? Any phone number for customer service in english? I got this service because I´m starting online training in a new job.... desperatly need HELP!

Thanks for writing back, Its the new one, box got here, the only thing I can find is Hardware type and version 1.0.2

You can't do anything with that. You need the exact router type.

Is it about DSL or cable?
