Hello,
So I have no connection on my DSL wifi since 16th of August.
- The router is Fritzbox 7430. Got it with my contract.
- WLAN working, my devices connect to the router without any problem.
- The power / DSL light is blinking, I've read on the manual that it indicates a connection problem. Can't ping anything.
- Can provide kundennummer and / or mobilfunknummer.
Things I've tried so far:
- Waited one day.
- Called many numbers got from internet searching Vodafone customer care but not much use
- Was able to get an English speaking operator and he asked to update on this forum.
Please help.

Hey english-support.
if the power/dsl led is blinking this means most likely that the router does not get a dsl signal.
Please check if all cable connections are ok & sit firm in their ports.
Reset the Router to factory defaults & try to configure it with your modeminstallationcode.
Please send me a private message with your customer ++ mobilenumber.

Thanks for your message. But it did not work after factory reset. I got the picture of my message. And my Fritz box series is 7530.
Where I can share my details like phone number and customer id. Could you please share your email or link where I can share my details.

The issue is not yet resolved from 15/August/2019. I am trying to contact the customer care and no action from their side is visible. no technical support has been triggered until now. Please look in to this issue as soon as possible.

when we need data to your access, please don't write them in public. You can send a private message after clicking the avatar and then press the red button on the right side (Sende eine private Nachricht).
I have checked your customer despitely and see, that there already is an open trouble ticket for you. We'll inform you as soon as we've got news for you. At the moment, I can just ask you for a little bit patience.

Hello,
I have not received any information on the appointment of technician either in SMS or email.
Neverthless please do an appointment today ( 22/8/2019) and please share the date details through sms or email so that i want to be at home during the technician visit.
