Today my home DSL suddenly without internet access after restart the EasyBox 804. I need to reset the modem and setup again only able to have internet access.
Afterward I test to restart the modem, again no internet access, and I need to reset again to get back my internet access.
Afterward I carry the speed test and it show extremely low, can someone advise whats wrong to my home internet?

What kind of connection and what is the bandwidth? What are the results of the speed test at http://www.speedcheck.vodafone.de ?
Please perform the measurements on the LAN cable without running parallel downloads or streams. Please post the test results without ticket numbers.

Hi Jens,
My banwidth is red 50 DSL. I performed the speed test on the link you share, it looks fine.
Besides that, could you check why the DSL will disable will I restart my modem? FYI, my DSL acc is over 2years contract and should be automatic renew for 1year.

How often does a connection break?
Sporadic terminations can have many different causes.
Check the wiring and the telephone socket. There may be a loose contact.

Sorry for my device. The internet interruption only occur will I restart the modem, for now I don't dare to restart again. If I did not restart, then internet connection is no problem.

just to be sure - the interrupts only happen when you restart your router?
Or do they happen frequently once you've restarted the device?
Its perfectly normal that the router looses the dsl signal for a few minutes after a restart.
