Hi DSLConractissue,

if you don't cancel your contract to the next regular date, it automatically prologons for further 12 months.

A cancellation can be spoken in written/electronic form via MeinVodafone e.g.

when you are logged in to MeinVodafone, you can request the cancellation directly on this way. But you can also use our contact form or write us a letter to:

It is necessary, that you tel us your customer number and the clear statement, that your contract should be terminated.

I have got a letter saying that the contract ends in DEC 2021? How is that possible? My contract was supposed to be for 2 years and should end in Dec 2020.

As per the letter it says the contract ends on December 10.I wrote a letter to Vodafone on September 4 so please cancel it by December 2020
