Unexpected bill of 100 Euro from Vodafone

Hello,

I had a contract with Vodafone for my phone and DSL. I have terminate my contract. But today I got a bill for 100 Euro from Vodafone. Can you please explain what is this bill? I have attached it.

Most probably the invoice is the penalty payment for not returning the rental hardware (in time), as you were contractually obilged to send it back once the contract had ended. Could this be it?
