Hi,
I have faxed this in the month of july itself and also informed you guys that i have sent you the form, I ahd received message ok, we will check the form and proceed further, now I am receiving message that you dont have document.
If you didnt have document then why didn't you inform me earlier? I have attached document again which i sent through fax earlier, Please take some ownership and close this case.
I have been following up this request for more than 2 months now and this kind of response is just creating more frustation.

i told you on the 12th August that a change of contract partners should've already finished long ago.
Therefore i offered to check your customeraccount.
I did not recieve your customernumber till your PM from today.
If you have a copy from your fax feel free to send it to me via PM.
As long as its readable , i'll enter it myself.
I can't change a contract owner without a complete filled formular.
The only possible scenario where we don't accept a change of contract owners is, when the new owner has a bad credit score.
But even then, i would the a note in your customeraccount.
