I would need to transfer my internet account to house landlord, he is ok to continue this account on his name, please suggest the process.

If it's really a DSL contract (and NOT a cable one) - see here
In case of a cable contract: It's not possible to transfer a contract.

since its a Dsl contract please fill out the document reneromann linked & send it back.
Once everything is signed we will change the contract partners as soon as possible.
I'm sorry that this is not possible without signing the papers.

Therefore click on my name/avatar , then "Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden" on the right side.
If you've sent the fax last month, the change of contract owners should've been done.
Still you'll get a bill for the days till the new contract partner is active.
This is most likely the final bill.
But let me check this first.

After a look into your customeraccount, we did not recieve any form/document regarding the change of contract partners.
