Hi Team,

I would need to transfer my internet account to house landlord, he is ok to continue this account on his name, please suggest the process.

If it's really a DSL contract (and NOT a cable one) - see here

 

In case of a cable contract: It's not possible to transfer a contract.

since its a Dsl contract please fill out the document reneromann linked & send it back.

Once everything is signed we will change the contract partners as soon as possible.

I'm sorry that this is not possible without signing the papers.

why i am still getting charged? Is transfer not done? Please stop charging money from my account as owner is already moved to house and we have submitted all documents.

Hey Kunaal,

please send me a private message with your customernumber.

Therefore click on my name/avatar , then "Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden" on the right side.

If you've sent the fax last month, the change of contract owners should've been done.
Still you'll get a bill for the days till the new contract partner is active.
This is most likely the final bill.


But let me check this first.

I've recieved your private message.

After a look into your customeraccount, we did not recieve any form/document regarding the change of contract partners.
Thats why the change has not been done yet.
