Hello,
I have taken a contract for internet almost a month and got an appointment on 03-12-2019. However, the technician did not come over and did so. I have difficulty understanding or speaking German language. They said that Telekon is rejecting the request for the connection. I'm not sure what should be done next. The person at the local vodafone store has told me that I cann't do anything more than waiting. Can you tell me what can I do? The previous tenant has 1 & 1 connection which was working fine. I decided to opt for Vodafone thinking the service would be better . Is there any way to cancel the contract because of alomost over a month?How do I need to wait for the teleconists to accept the connection request?

Your description sounds like there are all lines in use. So the order can't be processed at the moment. I'l have a closer look for you. Please send me a private message with your order- or customer number and your customer password.

Thanks for your reply.
I don't understand what you mean by `are all lines in use` because there is already a previous connection from 1&1 which was used by the previous tenant. I expected Vodafone to be a better service provider and decided to go with Vodafone.
