Ich möchte meinen Vertrag mit Vodafone DSL kündigen. Welche Informationen muss ich bereitstellen? Leider habe ich die Hotline angerufen, aber sie sprechen kein Englisch.

Have you concluded the contract in a shop or online or by telephone?

I ordered the Red Internet and Phone 50 DSL. Yes, I concluded the contract in a shop.

if you ordered in a shop, please contact the shop directly.

For contracts concluded in a shop, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal, so you have to ask them if they accept it.
