Hello, looking for some advice on what to do.
For DSL, I've made several attempts to get a technician to come install DSL after moving to a new apartment, but still no internet. So far I have used my Vodafone account to choose the option of calling the techician after which I received an email asking to call a Vodafone hotline and provide more information about my address. The hotline number was not working, so I went to a Vodafone shop. The guy working there tried to help me but it was taking too long so he said that he would message me the next day with next steps but he never did. I am out of Germany for another week but I desperately need internet as soon as I'm back (by 20th September)
I'm really disappointed that while I'm paying for the service (now almost 2 months of payment with no interet) I have no internet and nobody is really helping me.
Any advice on what to do?

Hey mallikat,
im sorry that your landline could not be activated by the technician.
It seems like the technician was not able to find your appartment.
If you have already recieved a letter with this information - our colleagues from the customerhotline are availible 24/7 (0800 172 1212 from germany).
You can also send me a private message with all your customerinfo (customernumber, especially where exactly your appartment is, your name and only your name must be on the bell. If there is any "trick" to find the entrance, please let me know.
I will try to book the earliest appointment.
