Status of Installation???

How do I get in contact with a customer service rep that speaks english? I am trying to find out the staus of my installation. Someone came out November 22nd and said there was no signal and we have not heard anything since then.

what technology is this about? DSL (Telekom technician) or cable (formerly Kabel Deutschland)?
