SEPA payment rejected

Hello,

 

For some reason my bank Rejected the latest SEPA-payment from my bankaccount. 

 

After noticing it, I paid the amount manually, by using the reference numbers from the SEPA bill. Is this okay, could you confirm that the payment has been made succesfully? 

 

I then changed my billing information to an alternative account, so there wouldn't be this problem in the future.
