I have moved from Germany so I had to cancel my contract. I did everything necessary for my Kundigung, and so I have my contract due in september. Since I am not living there anymore I already sent the router to the address specified in the Vodafone webpage. According to DHL it arrived one month ago, nevertheless in MeinVodafone it does not appear like returned. Is this normal?
For some reason, I cannot call to the Customer Service from abroad.
