Returning DSL device after contract end.

I missed the deadline to return my device after my contract ended 25.11.2020. Due to several unavoidable (medical) circumstances, this was just not possible to remember.

Can I send it back now? I've already been charged for it last week, but, it would be nice if Vodafone extended an opportunity to still return it given the difficult circumstances in which the deadline was missed.

As a rule, the loan devices in the DSL area must be returned within 14 days of the end of the contract. After this, a return is no longer possible, as you have already been billed for the devices.
