Requesting a copy of the original contract

Hi,

My girlfriend is moving in with me and, in order to cancel her internet contract, her ISP needs a proof that a my address there is already an existing connection, namely, they want a copy of my internet contract. Thing is, I can't find one, I have only the monthly receipts.

Is it possible to ask for a second copy of my original internet contract?
