Hi,
I was charged for 2 months without active connection after I changed my residence.
Later I was informed that the transfer of the connection to my new address is not possible.
Hence my contract was terminated.
So, I would like to know the procedure to get the refund for those 2 months.
Can it be done online or do I need to mail?
If so, which address am I supposed to mail?

Hi Kuhelee,
your last bill was created in February. The charges ended on 27th January. The contract which couldn't be activated was not charged at all.
