Hello, Vodafone! So, this Saturday I received a bill from you, and I can see there "fehlgeschlagener Techniker-Einsatz" and it costs 59 Euro! Are you kidding? What is it? You told me that this Techniker Termin is free, so why do you want me to pay for this?

Hello shimmeg,
if there is an appointmment with a technician and he doesn't meet you, the appearance is charged with 59 Euro. It is free, when he can finish his task.

And if there is a Techniker Termin missed by your technician, then you should pay me 59 Euro, or? Because, as I've already have written here on forum (but nobody has answered me) we were waiting the whole day for your technician guy, and nobody came. And then I just got an SMS like - "Sorry, could you please make a new appointment".

please let me have a closer look on the whole case. Therefore I need your customer number via private message.
We have to pay the technicians because they are sent by German Telekom and so if they tell us, that there was nobody at home, we need to charge the effort.
Regularly, when the technician meets the customer, there is no charge.
