Hello,
Vodafone has deducted 3 bills from my bank account for a terminated contract. After I sent the Router back and contacted with them they returned 2/3 of the deducted money to me. I don't know why only a part of the deducted bills are returned to my account, althought I sent the Router in a good condition.
Regards.

Hi MhT,
welcome to our Community.
What exactly was debited to your account? What does it say in the bills?
And on what date was the cancellation confirmed? If, for example, the router was returned too late, only the fee for the router will be refunded. The contract itself is charged until the confirmed end of the contract.

Hi Stephan,
Thank you for your reply.
Actually I had a cable contract in another city and then after I move to a new city I went to one of Vodafone's branches in the new city and ask for the address change, so that they transfer my cable to the new address. The rests were done according to instructions by Vodafone consulter. Detail information are available if needed. I am not sure if it is a good idea to post them here.
Each bill has the amount of €19,99 and they were debited within the first three months of the new contract. Then Vodafone repaid something about €39 to me. The new contract has six months free use bonus. And I returned the router by the deadline. So somehow it means for some period of time I had two contracts with Vodafone for two different addresses while I have been living in one place.

Hi Mht,
please do not only look on the deducts of your bank account. Please check your contract documents an bills.
In regular, there is no six month free period, if you move with a contract. If possible the contract will be transferred from the old address to the new one, with a one time fee of 39,99 Euro for that transfer.
As you describe it, you have or had two contracts at the same time. However, you should also have received a confirmation for either a move or a new contract.

Hi Stephan,
When I requested the address change a staff in Vodafone shop suggested me this option so to terminate the old contract for free and make a new contract to the new address with six months free use bonus. If something went wrong it should not be on me since a Vodafone staff took care of whole things. My request was also clear.
I mean if someone wants to transfer his contracts to a new address it does not mean that he wants to have two contracts at the same time.
With regards to that reimbursement I did not receive any bill. It would be helpful if Vodafone provides me with such a bill that details the costs and calculations. To me it is still not clear why those bills debited to my account, and what was the money that was refunded and how it is calculated.

Hi MhT,
with your contract you got login data for your customer portal. There you can find your bills and other documents. On that bills all fees and monthly prices are stated.

Hey @MhT,
I take a look at this for you. ![]()
We charge back your credit back to your bank account on 29th May 2020.
Before we do this, we gave you a credit since the day your cable account was active in December 2019. There is no open balance to charge back now.
Best Regards
Sebastian
