Hi Team,
I had requested for the CANCELLATION of CONTRACT for my DSL Internet which I purchased last year in August 2017. But I got the letter from Vodafone mentioning that my contract is valid till August 2019 and they have some offers for me if I want to continue, But I dont want any offers right now.
I can see 3 Months Notice period mentioned on my bill, so why cant I cancel my contract with 3 months notice period?
Reason for cancellation is I am shifting to new place and in the new apartment I would be getting the Internet connection from the apartment owner.
Thanks you for the clarification in advance.

You can cancel the contract any time you want. However, the cancellation only takes effect once the 24 months contract period is fulfilled. And only if the cancellation was sent to Vodafone at least three months before the 24 months contract period is fulfilled.
Things may be different if you move to a location where Vodafone cannot supply their service. However, to take this course of action, yo need to inform Vodafone of your change of address and they will then clarify if they can provide their service or not.
Ein Klick auf "Danke" tut nicht weh - ich sage schon mal "Dankeschee!"
