Payment being deducted even though contract cancelled in November 2018

Dear Vodafone, 

Please advice on the Account no ***. This service was already cancelled in November/ December 2018 due to the technician not able to connect this service at the address - Peter-Adam strasse, 84347 Pfarrkirchen. 

But payment of Eur 19,99 has been deducted every month for NIL services. 

Please investigate and I request for the amount to be refunded.
