I am Vodafone DSL customer since May 28, 2018. For some reason vodafone has not been taking monthly payments from my bank account. I can see that the direct debit authorization is enabled on my vodafone account. Does anyone know what I need to do here?

You can see the status of your payments in you MeinVodafone Account.
If you received credits like the Online-Bonus it may be that you don't have to pay during the first months until the credits are used up.
Please have a look into your invoices. You can see if the invoices are paid via direct debit or if you have to pay them via bank transfer.
