Hello All,
The second appointment was successful and now I have internet. Only problem is I didnot receive the Online registierungs code and therefore cannot register. Is it possible that you can send me the code via email . Also from the bearbeitungsstand I see that that the activation date was 14.09.2018 although the connection was activated on 26.09.2018. Could you please clarify that as well.

If you can nt find it, send me your name, customer number and customer password via PRIVATE MESSAGE
You always see the original date in your order overview. This is normal.
