No invoice generated yet for my new Vodafone DSL connection

Hi,

 

I have an active Vodafone DSL connection which is active from 14th August 2017 and it has been activated at my home by Telecom technician on 24th August. 

Till now, no invoice has been generated and no money is deducted from the account.

 

Please let me know if it okay or there is any problem with my billing.

Hi amit_jha,

 

you can see your invoice in MeinVodafone. Just add your DSL contract by using your Online-Registrierungscode (online register code).

 

The invoice is created monthly. So if your contract started during August, the first invoice will be created during September.

I have already added my DSL contract in meine vodafone but I cannot see any invoice yet. Its already been a month since I have taken the connetion but so far no money has been deducted from my account and no invoice has been generated.

 

It would be great help if you coul look into this issue and let me know whats the problem with the billing.

do not post personal data here in public.

 

As I said, the first invoice should be created during this month. Seeing no invoice yet, is not an issue.

 

If you don't see your invoice at the beginning of October send me a private message by clicking my avatar -> Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden.

 

I need your name, your customer number and your customer password.
