Hi,
Since yesterday I do not internet. Initially, I assumed it to be an issue with the router, although there were no warning/error indications, I still carried out the usual debug routines such as restarting and resetting the router to factory settings but unfortunately to no avail. I looked up the online help on the website but still could not resolve the issue. Could you please have this issue resolved at the earliest.

I'm sorry you can't use your conection right now. What kind of router are you using and which LED's are lit or flashing in which colour?
Do you see an error code?
If you haven't done this already, here you can check if there is a known issue in your area: http://www.vod.af/Netz-Experten
