According to your description, Telekom can't find the right connection. The question in our letter as to whether a Telekom connection already exists indicates that there is no phone connection at your location.
Simple question: Do you have a telephone socket (so called TAE) in your apartment?

Hi Artfisher,
A phone conection is always included in our DSL tariffs.
Techically it does not make a difference if you use a tariff with or without phone.

I need your name, customer number and the exact location of the phone socket in this form:
- Single or multi-family house
- Front or rear building (where is the entrance? On the street or in the backyard)
- storey
- where is the apartment located (left, right, in the middle) or the whole floor
All data seen from the street.
