No technician visited on this date and coonection is still not working.
I only got a message from vodafone that connection cannot be activated today and asked me to book a new appointment..
Getting to english support is almost impossible so I am posting it here.
Also , dsl. vodafone.de/termin doesn’t work so i dont know what to do..
Please help me in resolving this. I need internet as soon as possible

most agents should be able to handle an engish call.
Sadly there is no dedicated hotline.
Feel free to send me a private message with your customernumber & mobilenumber.
A new appointment needs to atleast 7 days ahead. Monday till Friday either 8-13 or 12-17 o'clock.
Since i cant guarantee that i get to answer your PM today, please consider the 23.08 as the earliest date.
