Hi Team,
I moved 2 months back from Herzogenaurach to Erlangen where i was having a Vodafone DSL connection and i wanted to move the connection to my new home.
I visited the store in Erlangen and they suggested to apply for new connection and cancel the old one after the new one is active.
I took a new connection and after it was active, i visited the store and they asked me to submit a letter to Vodafone Kabel Deutschland which i did 2 times and till now my DSL contract is still active and i am being charged from last 2 months.
I tried to reach the store on their phone, but no ones picksup and it is not possible to visit the store always. Tried sendingg an email to customercare but no luck so far.
Please help me to cancel my old DSL contract (customer number: ***) and refund my money for last 2 months. Never expected this service from Vodafone.

Could you please send me a private message within your customer number and the customer password. I also need the customer number of the new contract, your name, the address and the birth date.
Then I take a look at all and find a solution. ![]()
