Moving DSL due to relocation

I have moved from dresden to hamburg. My DSL is discontinued in dresden, but not activated in Hamburg. But monthly bill is deducted. they asking for new contract. It is over 2 months and nowhere to ask for help.

Do you have had a technican appointment for Hamburg to activate DSL-Line?
