Hello guys, my name is Valerio, I want to apologice if I'm writing in english but unfortunately I'm not fluent in german.
I just sign a Vdsl contract 100mb/s but I have a lot of troubles with the MIC.
The first that I've received on the letter with all my datas, was not working.
It's start with the loading procedure and then it's stopped cause a Timeout.
Same for the other MIC that they send me trought an SMS, after reset the router (Fritzbox 7530).
I don't know what to do now, I'm still trying to contact the customer service, if somehow you can help me it will be very appreciated.
