Invoice never credit

I got an invoice for May to credit my account with 3 Euros.

But its not yet credited to my account.

Can i know why is that.

I can provide my details on request.

do you use a DSL or cable connection?

You opened a thread in our DSL board but in your previous posts you were talking about a cable connection?

In general you can see on your invoice when it is due.

I am talking about a WIFI hot spot connection.

The invoice was dated on 3rd of May. But it was never credited to my account.

Can you please assist me on this.
