Internet router Device return

I have cancelled my Vodafone contract as I was moving from Dusseldorf to Munich and the new Rental place already has an internet. The contract closed on 25th of July 2019 and have not been able to find any returns slip along with the router or neither through the online portal - vodafone.de/retoure. This does not have any specific details generating a return slip.

Should I return this by normal post to the mentioned address in the Contract Closure document?

There is no return slip - you have to return the device at your expenses.

So just send the router back using normal post, but you should use a registered & insured service as loss & damage would be at your expenses.
