Internet issues at new address

Hi team,

We have moved to new address, heidelberger strasse, 60327, frankfurt. New contract was taken and supposed to have technician at my house on 24-Sep, but no one turned up.

Got an email to check the connection as sometime technician can control remotely.

I've connected the modem, but it say no internet.

Request you to please help us.

sorry, that it doesn't work.

We send you a new welcome letter (Willkommensbrief) on 12th September via Mail. Do you check the new data there?
