I want to cancel my contract. Because I have leaved from Germany since the end of this March. And my colleage is asking you to cancel my contract since that time. But a payment is still coming to me.
Could you tell me whether my contract has been cancelled or not. If not, how I can cancel my contract? What I need a documents and so on?

Did you already tell us that you're going to leave Germany before you moved? Let's have a look on your contract. A cancellation to a date in the past is not possible. In auch a case, we can only cancel the line to the next possible date in the future.

Please send me a private message with your customer number and password (alternatively name, address of the location and birth date of the contract owner).
