Hello,

On 14th January 2020, I had confirmation that my DSL 16000 contact would be canceled as of the 21.04.2020. Since the letter on the 14th January I have had no correspondances from Vodafone regarding this contract.

In July 2020 Vodafone tried to take 69.99EUR from my account, I canceled this payment as was not sure what it was for. I have now received a letter saying I owe Vodafone 141.29EUR; the letter came via a debt collector.

I think the 69.99EUR charge was becuase i did not return the router. However, I never recieved anything from Vodafone indicating where and how I should return the router.

Please can someone tell me:

Where do I ship the router to

What paperwork I need to include when shipping the router

I do not want to pay for the router as have no use for it.

It's now much too late - you were required to return any rental device (as your router) within a 14 day timeframe after cancellation - otherwise you buy them (that's the 69.99 € for the not returned router),

Please note that your contract did not require Vodafone to remind you to send back the devices or send you any kind of return slip - you were required by your contract to return the router without further reminder on your own expenses...

And as the whole thing has already gone to the debt collector and additional costs have been produced, I'm afraid that returning the router right now would not help anymore.

One thread is enough.
